Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Ensures the continuous movement of product through hand-Stacking, discharging, and packaging of finished parts.
  • Works in co-operation with the Operator and Shift Supervisor and references set-up procedures to ensure material is safely loaded onto production equipment.
  • Operates bundle turner / pac-man when parts require to be flipped.
  • Prepares packaging in advance.
  • Performs set-up duties as instructed by Operator
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

General

  • Complies with the designated IATF16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines.
  • Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors. Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as always required
  • Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards
  • Strives for continuous improvement


Position Qualifications

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 1 year or less of job-related experience.
