Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Data Services Associate and be at the forefront of digital transformation! Help businesses maximize their potential through our cutting-edge solutions and services.

What will you do:

  • Implementation and ongoing coordination of data services with a view to maximize success and efficiency of the overall program
    • This may include, but is not limited to invoice collection, open/close, and payment services
  • Customer service interface between the Global Data Operations team and the client
  • Frequent liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout both the implementation and the ongoing delivery of the various data service deliveries, including receiving and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Independently or in partnership with clients and/or their Client Managers, identify and resolve customer data issues to promote delivery optimization
  • Prepare and provide accurate service delivery updates to all stakeholders through a variety of mechanisms, including regular Teams video presentations and email

  • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a mind to process improvement
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong desire to research problems and issues with ability to follow-through to resolution and gain closure on open items
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written; fluency in other languages is an advantage; a confident telephone manner is a core requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Understand energy industry terminology and standards (preferred)
