Lead Engagement Advisor - Senior Living
$20.00-$25.00/ hour + performance bonuses| Full-Time, Monday - Friday | Days

Are you passionate about helping others and creating meaningful first impressions? We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Lead Engagement Advisor to support prospective residents and families exploring senior living options.

In this role, you’ll answer inbound inquiries, provide information about our communities, qualify leads, and schedule on-site tours with our sales teams. You’ll play an important part in helping families navigate senior living decisions with care and professionalism.

What You’ll Do 

  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
  • Gather prospect information and identify needs, timeline, and level of care
  • Schedule community tours and coordinate introductions with onsite sales teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up details
  • Share community highlights, services, amenities, and availability information

Required Qualifications 

  • 1-2 years of experience in call center, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and create a positive experience
