Employment Opportunity: Home & Community Support Professional (previously DSP) Join Our Team and Make a Meaningful Difference! Are you a compassionate, patient, and reliable individual who enjoys helping others thrive? We are seeking dedicated direct care workers (HCSPs) to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in living fulfilling, independent, and empowered lives. Position: Home & Community Support Professional (HCSP)Location: GreenfieldStatus: Full-time 
Schedule: Overnight 10 pm - 8 am (weekends are required, 8 am end time is required)Pay: $15-$17 depending on experience
About the Role As a HCSP,  you will play an essential role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, community engagement, and personal growth. You will help create a safe, supportive environment where each person can achieve their goals and experience greater independence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support in daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks).
  • Assist with community outings, social activities, and transportation.
  • Encourage skill-building, independence, and self-advocacy.
  • Implement care plans, behavior supports, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to support individuals as needed.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Compassion, patience, and a desire to help others succeed.
