Compensation: $21.15–$29.58 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Case Manager

  • Assess client needs and gather essential background information
  • Develop individualized care plans and connect clients to appropriate resources
  • Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, and other team members
  • Provide ongoing support, follow-up, and coordination for your caseload
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a positive clinic environment

Qualifications

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

  • Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic understanding of Social Work principles
  • Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
  • Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
