• Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by following company and OSHA safety rules and regulations, understanding machine safeguards, recognizing and reporting safety hazards, and wearing require PPE.

• Perform various types of press operations, or other manual tasks by hand per verbal work instructions to produce quality parts while maintaining productivity standards.

• Inspect product for quality using go/no-go gauge and/or visual inspections.

• Inform supervision of any production or quality problems.

• Maintain minimum standard rate

• Report accurate count of production parts, scrap, and labor hours by completing required paperwork.

• Keep work area in clean and orderly condition, complying with established 6S standards.

• Cross-train by rotating to different machines and work areas as required.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) is preferred. Must be familiar with OSHA regulations and have the ability to work well with others.

Physical Demand Requirements
