Qualifications
You have experience in accounts payable processes, including high-volume invoice processing and vendor statement reconciliation. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and have experience with computerized accounting systems. Fluency in Korean is required, along with basic English comprehension.

Job Description
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Daily Timely Processing of accounts payable related transactions involving high volume vendor invoices
- Daily Verify data in the system through review and supporting documentation examination for accuracy, proper authorization, correct department obligations and appropriate allocations.
- Weekly Reconcile vendor statement, investigate discrepancies, and resolving invoice disputes through communications with the vendors and or internal team/department members.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
- Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- 1-2 years’ experience in an applicable field is preferred, but not required. H Mart has an extensive training program and candidates with the equivalent office experience will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience with computerized accounting systems (SAP R3 experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with Strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management and work prioritization
- Excellent communication skill and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
- Must speak, read and write Korean and Basic English comprehension required.

Pay range:
- $52k-68k per year
