What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and provide professional support.
• Document vehicle concerns and recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide clear, upfront estimates for parts and labor.
• Keep customers informed throughout their service experience.
• Review and process repair orders accurately.
• Assist with vehicle movement and shop flow.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Familiarity with Service Price Guides and estimating repair costs
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
