  • Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Correlate marketing efforts with campaign results to identify benchmarks, trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Assist with partner‑related data assessments, performance summaries, and results reporting.

  • Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of analytics dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Conduct competitive analysis.

Program & Campaign Support

  • Support program management, including tracking, performance analysis, and operational coordination.

  • Assist with production timelines, trafficking, reviewing and proofing of messaging across touchpoints.

  • Create and contribute to the development of program materials, presentations, and partner‑facing documents.

  • Leverage AI to assist with responses to marketing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and validate accuracy.

Collaboration & Development

  • Participate in program, operational, and strategic insight meetings with cross‑functional teams.

  • Attend learning and development sessions to strengthen leadership and analytical skills.

  • Participate in team‑building and volunteer events.

  • Support member, employee and organizational events.

What You’ll Need

  • Junior or Senior standing at an accredited college/university, majoring in Business, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.

  • Understanding of data analysis, visualization, and dashboard concepts.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools preferred.

  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to propose alternative solutions when challenges arise.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self‑starting mindset.
