Digital Product Management Intern

We’re looking for a curious and proactive Digital Product Management Intern to help us build and refine products that solve real user problems. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who sits at the intersection of business, technology, and design. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into features, leverage AI tools to accelerate research and analysis, and help navigate the product lifecycle from discovery to launch.

What You’ll Do

• Backlog Support — Help organize and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for the engineering team.

• Market & Competitive Research — Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor features, and identify opportunities for innovation using AI-assisted research tools to surface insights faster.

• User Research & Feedback — Assist in synthesizing customer feedback and identifying pain points to inform the product roadmap.

• Feature Documentation — Draft product requirements and maintain internal documentation for new features, using AI writing tools to streamline first drafts and keep docs up to date.

• Quality Assurance & UAT — Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new releases meet the "Definition of Done" and provide a seamless user experience.

• Data Analysis — Help track and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to understand how users are interacting with our products.

• Stakeholder Coordination — Support the product team in communicating updates across marketing, sales, and engineering departments to keep projects on track.

What You’ll Learn

• The Product Lifecycle — How a product moves from an initial spark of an idea to a live feature used by real customers.

• Agile Methodologies — Hands-on experience with AgileXP frameworks and how to run efficient sprint cycles.

• Strategic Prioritization — How to use frameworks (like RICE and The Value vs Effort Matrix ) to decide what to build next when resources are limited.

• Technical Literacy — How to communicate effectively with developers and understand the technical constraints of building software.

• Product Toolkits — Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Adobe Analytics, plus hands-on experience with AI tools that modern product teams use every day.

The pay rate for this position is $30/hour.
