Regional Resource Pool Nurse (RN or LPN)

We are seeking dedicated Regional Resource Pool Nurses (RNs or LPNs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for flexible, mission-driven professionals who are ready to travel, support multiple communities, and deliver high-quality care wherever they are needed most.
Overview:
As a Regional Resource Pool Nurse, you will support patients both locally (within 100 miles of your home) and on extended assignments (100+ miles away). You will provide one-on-one care in the home, working various shift lengths (4, 8, or 12 hours) including day and overnight shifts. You’ll be an essential part of our regional response team, stepping in where support is needed to uphold our promise of dependable, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
Be available for assignments up to 8 hours from your home address
Be able to travel and arrive at assigned locations before scheduled shift start times
Be willing to work varying shift lengths and overnights, based on patient needs
Complete all required training and annual education modules
Adhere to all NCP clinical, safety, and compliance standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors, local teams, and travel support
Be adaptable to schedule changes and location reassignments if patient needs change
Compensation:
Shifts: Shifts vary depending on assignment. Must be willing to work day or night shift up to 12 hour shifts.
