Cylinder Dispenser Operator:

We are currently seeking a Cylinder Dispenser Operator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality customer service. We offer competitive pay rates, company paid health insurance, paid time off, 401K and clothing allowance benefits.

The Cylinder Dispenser Operator is responsible for safely filling and dispensing propane into DOT-compliant cylinders and other approved containers, following Texas LP-Gas Safety Rules standards. The applicant must complete and pass an 8-hour course covering the proper filling and handling of ASME motor/mobile fuel containers, appurtenances, DOT cylinders, and dispenser operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform required duties effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to successfully complete Railroad Commission Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated problem resolution skills in a customer service setting.
• Multilingual abilities to support diverse customer bases.
• Training or certification in customer service best practices.
• Experience with filling of propane bottles.

Responsibilities:

• Operate bottle station equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines; communicate professionally and courteously with all customers.
• Perform repairs, valve replacements to propane bottles as needed.
• Dispatch incoming propane orders to drivers through computer system in a timely manner.
• Ability to multitask between bottle station and office procedures, as necessary.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Winter Hours (November through Mid-March) 

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Saturdays 8:00AM - 12:00PM
