Job Description
Online Fundraising Assistant
The Online Fundraising Assistant is a member of our Development Department and reports directly to the Managing Strategist, Grassroots Fundraising. This position supports the day-to-day of email drafting and production, collaborates across the organization to advance our online subprograms, and assists in the DLCC’s overall online fundraising efforts. The Online Fundraising Assistant also works closely with the Managing Strategist, Grassroots Fundraising, Deputy Director of Online Fundraising, and Senior Director of Online Fundraising to ensure that all outbound content maximizes engagement and impact with donors, is accurate, and best reflects the DLCC's communications and political strategies.
The DLCC is located in Washington, DC, and our office has taken on a hybrid model for staff effective January 2022. This position is eligible to be permanently remote or for flexible work arrangements. This is a cycle hire position through December 31, 2026. This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.

Salary for the Online Fundraising Assistant is $61,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The DLCC offers a generous benefits package, including:
