Position: Life Skills Coach
Time Commitment: 40 Hours per week
Reports to: Life Skills Manager
Status: Full-time
Salary: $39,520/annual

Telos U is a Residential Treatment Center for Young Adults ages 17-27. The mission of Telos is to create inspiring interpersonal relationships that invite and assist all people to move toward their ultimate potential.
The Life Skills Coach is a key member of each student’s support system. They will collaborate with each student’s team to provide direct observation and support of students while those students are involved in activities off campus, such as work, school, or social activities. Telos U will provide specific training in Life Coach skills.
