Description

Circuit Spring is a small printed circuit board (PCB) assembly company focused on quality, precision, and reliable production. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team.

Work Schedule

Normal working hours are typically preferred at 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday; unless otherwise discussed and/or established by the manager or seasonal schedule changes. From time to time additional hours may be required, as needed. This position is expected to work from the office.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components 
  • Perform hand assembly and basic mechanical assembly tasks 
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders 
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 
  • Support production and packaging as needed 

Qualifications

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required 
  • Soldering experience preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team 
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude 
  • Electronics or PCB experience is a plus
