FUNCTION:  

Responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering of food, beverages, and miscellaneous products received to the Nugget. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Fill and deliver food, beverages, and supply orders to departments per company guidelines, in a timely and efficient manner. 
2. Stock incoming orders in the appropriate storage areas, ensure all products are marked and rotated according to storeroom guidelines. 
3. Maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the storeroom.
4. Verify quality of products shipped and received to the Nugget, ensuring items meet Nugget standards.
5. Confirm delivered quantities match the ordered quantities on purchase order. 
6. Reject orders that are not correct or that do not meet the minimum standard of the Nugget. 
7. Correct invoices as required, report discrepancies to the storeroom supervisor. 
8. Participate in monthly inventory ensuring accurate counts and information, as required.
9. Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with all levels of the Nugget team and guests. 
10. Using the Nugget’s system of recognition, recognize team members who are going “above and beyond” as appropriate
11. Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
12. Perform work in a safe manner and always maintain a safe environment for fellow team members and guests alike. 
13. Immediately report unsafe conditions, team member or guest incidents to Security, Management, and the Safety Manager. 
14. Maintain a positive and professional image for the Nugget when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourages others to do the same.
15. Regular predictable attendance is required.
16. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:      Storeroom Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years of age. 

EDUCATION LEVEL:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

LANGUAGE:

Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language. 

EXPERIENCE:  

Minimum 1 year of warehouse, storeroom, or shipping/receiving experience preferred. 

Basic knowledge of computer skills required. 

SPECIAL SKILLS:

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

Employee Gaming registration required. 

Alcohol Awareness Certification within the first 30 days required. 

PHSYICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time

Ability to lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.

Fine finger manipulation. 

Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.

Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.
