Physical Therapist – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Northampton, MA
Organization: New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), a Division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance
Join our team at New England Orthopedic Surgeons, a region-leading, physician-owned orthopedic practice headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients, at our Northampton office.

Provide direct care to patients in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
Modify goals and treatment plans as needed based on patient progress
Coordinate care efficiently, often managing two patients simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
Perform necessary non-direct care tasks to support the rehabilitation process
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
Experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation preferred, but not required
Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
