Job Description: 

The Video & Multimedia Content Creator intern will produce short-form video and visual content for Innovation DuPage's social media channels, events, and internal communications. This intern will report to the Marketing Manager and IT Project Coordinator.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Video Production:


● Film and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (event recaps, member spotlights, program reels)
● Capture on-site video footage at Innovation DuPage events and partner gatherings
● Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent Adobe tools


Graphic Design & Multimedia:


● Design graphics and visual assets for social media, newsletters, and event flyers
● Make quick edits to existing graphics and templates as needed
● Support creation of presentation decks and other multimedia assets
● Maintain consistent visual brand identity across all content

Qualifications:


Required:


● Currently pursuing a degree in media production, communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign)
● Comfortable capturing video content on camera or smartphone
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects


Preferred:


● Experience with Canva or other design tools
● Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends
● Familiarity with DuPage County and the entrepreneurial community

Schedule & Commitment:


● 25 hours per week
● Required: one in-office day per week at Innovation DuPage (Glen Ellyn, IL)
● Additional in-office availability strongly encouraged, especially for events
● Hybrid — remote work available outside of required in-office days
