Job Description

With a 40+ year commitment to delivering breakthrough customer experiences, seizing initiatives, achieving results, and continuous learning, our award-winning company, Park Square Homes, has an opportunity for a talented Sales Associate to join our team. Known for our entrepreneurial spirit, we have a strong culture rooted in trust, integrity, open communication, and respect, and we make it a point to use good judgment, fairness, and common sense to meet our challenges. Attracting top talent who can thrive in a fast-paced, family-oriented, efficient, and team-focused environment contributes to our success.

The Sales Associate role is part of the Park Square Homes DreamMakers™ Sales Associate Program, an entry-level pathway into new home sales. Sales Associates gain foundational training and hands-on experience by supporting New Home Consultants (NHCs) across multiple communities. This role provides critical sales and operational support, ensures consistent community coverage, and builds product and market knowledge while preparing Associates for promotion into a full sales role. The program is designed for high-potential candidates who want to “earn their wings” and launch a long-term career in homebuilding sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

  • Assist NHCs with lead follow-up, appointment setting, CMAs, and customer engagement.
  • Shadow NHCs during sales presentations, contract writing, and customer relationship management.
  • Participate in community tours and product demonstrations to build sales experience.
  • Provide consistent coverage at assigned communities during peak times, absences, or weekends.

Training & Development

  • Complete structured training on product knowledge, builder systems, and sales processes (e.g., Jeff Shore 4:2 Formula).
  • Progress through program phases with defined milestones in customer tours, prospect management, and contract proficiency.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of community offerings, floorplans, and competitive market landscape.

Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM.
  • Support pipeline management for prospects alongside NHCs.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth operations at community sales centers.

Career Progression

  • Demonstrate readiness for promotion by meeting program milestones, including independently conducting tours, managing prospects, and closing homes under mentorship.
  • Eligible for promotion to New Associate Consultant (NAC) and eventually New Home Consultant (NHC), based on performance and builder discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate a plus but not required.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in new home sales and real estate development.
  • Ability to complete structured training and apply learning in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM systems.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

Physical Requirements
