Entry-Level Mental Health | Behavioral Health | Youth Residential Services
Looking for an entry-level human services, mental health, behavioral health, youth care, or direct support role? Join North Homes Children and Family Services and begin a rewarding career helping youth thrive.
As a Youth Counselor, you will help create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for youth while gaining valuable experience in mental health, behavioral support, trauma-informed care, residential treatment, social services, psychology, counseling, and child/adolescent development.
No experience required — paid training provided. Whether you are starting your career or exploring work in social work, psychology, counseling, education, juvenile justice, child welfare, healthcare, or human services, this role provides hands-on experience and opportunities for advancement.
Starting Pay: $19.23–$22.12/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Shift Differentials:
• +$1.50/hour (Afternoons)
• +$1.00/hour (Midnights/Weekends)
