Responsibilities include:

• Effectively run all digital cutting equipment to cut, route, score, drill and crease a variety of substrates.
• Ability to complete the job according to customer specifications and produce quality work
• Monitor the production throughout the run for quality, maintaining all required samples as designated by the customer and procedures
• Ability for standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of equipment and skills to perform standard adjustments
• Perform all required preventative maintenance in accordance with production schedule

The Ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in a production facility
• Eager to move up within the company after proven good performace
• Ability to multi task, set priorities, meet deadlines while working under minimal supervision.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, prioritizing, organizing, and following-through on a variety of tasks, assignments, and projects.
• Ability to maintain a professional composure while working under stress and changing environments.
• Ability to take initiative and learn/apply techniques and procedures
• Ability to perform all production functions when necessary

Working Conditions

• Standing for prolonged periods of time 
• Frequent lifting of objects 50lbs up to 75 lbs.
