This job may seem too good to be true, but it’s a reality! We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

CCC-SLP or CF-SLP.   MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below)

Three ways to join our team:

1.  Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate. The hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41/hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.

2.  Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV) - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$80/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient.  Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.

3.  Contractor/PRN which is a 1099 position and is paid at $30/30 minute session ($60/hour) and $80/evaluations.  No benefits.

Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
