About the role
As a Culinary Extern, you will support daily kitchen operations while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Under the guidance of our culinary leadership, you will learn professional kitchen standards, food preparation techniques, and the importance of teamwork - building a strong foundation for a successful culinary career.
Externship Period: Approx. 6 months
What you will do
Assist chefs with basic food preparation and daily kitchen tasks.
Support mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepared according to standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all work areas.
Follow standard recipes and assist with plating and presentation.
Adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
Support different kitchen sections and assist during events and service periods.
What you bring
Strong interest in culinary arts and hospitality
Culinary school enrollment or recent graduation is an advantage
Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
Basic English communication skills
