What you will do:

• Scheduling of drivers and equipment to meet customer needs
• Ensure status monitor is current and address any issues with driver routes
• Coordinate equipment needs per loading requirements
• Dispatch and plan drivers for local intermodel/ drayage operation
• Ensure all customer requests are processed and received 
• Provide excellent customer service 

What we are looking for: 

• At least 1 year of current dispatching / dispatcher experience
• High School Diploma/GED 
• Experience with live dispatch functions
• TMW or Mcleod experience 
• E-log, automated workflow and form messaging experience highly desired
• Tanker or ISO Experience
• Knowledge and understanding of DOT, HOS & FMCSA standards
