Description

Join our dynamic team as a Barback at the Lowline Hotel and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a lively, fast-paced environment while supporting our bartenders and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Restock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth service during operating hours

- Document and monitor the bar's inventory levels accurately to facilitate timely reordering and minimize waste

- Assist bartenders with basic tasks to support efficient bar operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards

- Respond promptly to guest requests and assist in resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience

- Follow all safety and alcohol awareness regulations to promote responsible service

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Three to six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).

-  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop alternative solutions and handle emotional topics with reason.

- Excellent customer service skills, including managing difficult or emotional situations professionally.

- High level of professionalism and respectful attitude towards colleagues and guests.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
