Overview

As the Post Funding Coordinator you will follow up, review and audit all post disbursement transactions. 

What you will do 

• Daily Trial Balance Review
• Escrow Holds, reviewing, processing, insurance proper payments are made within the expected timeline, adhering to all client specific guidelines.
• Review all stale dated check reports, and perform due diligence
• Review and manage all escheatment responses and submissions to vendors
• Review, investigate and process all return payments
• Work closely with Closing Operations, Treasury, and Disbursement teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong Customer Service Focus
• Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Attention to Detail, Including Data Entry Proficiency
• Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines
• Capability to Work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask
• Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing
