Maintain the community in a clean and sanitary condition to ensure a healthy environment for residents and guests. Daily tasks include cleaning apartments, managing linens and laundry, and maintaining community rooms.

Qualifications

You have experience in cleaning assigned apartments and community rooms, including changing bed linens and assisting with laundry. A high school graduate preferred, you also possess six months to one year of housekeeping experience, ideally in a senior living environment.

The Housekeeper @ The Carnegie keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests. 

What will I do every day?

  • Clean assigned apartments, community rooms and more
  • Carry linens, towels and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts 
  • Change bed linens
  • Assist with resident and community laundry as directed 
  • As well as perform other related duties as required

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • High school graduate preferred
  • Six months to one year of housekeeping experience
  • Experience working in a senior environment preferred
