This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, and day-to-day People + Culture operations within a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to support the teams that make our restaurants successful.

What You’ll Do

• Support recruiting and hiring efforts across multiple restaurant and corporate locations
• Assist with managing candidate communication and interview scheduling through our HRIS/recruitment system
• Help maintain accurate employee and applicant records within HR platforms
• Support onboarding and new hire processes to create a welcoming employee experience
• Assist with posting job opportunities and monitoring applicant flow
• Partner with the People + Culture team on administrative projects, reporting, and team initiatives
• Help ensure organization and compliance of employee documentation
• Participate in special projects and culture-focused initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support others
• Hospitality mindset with a people-first approach
