Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for identifying patient needs and providing care appropriate to the patient's condition and age. Key duties include performing timely medical documentation and assisting patients with activities of daily living.
Qualifications
You are a compassionate nursing assistant dedicated to mental health and patient well-being. You have a current state NA I license, have completed an NA course from an accredited school, and are able to obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. One year of experience is preferred.

$5,000 Commitment- Incentive Bonus
Schedule: 3x12+ Days (7a-7p) rotating weekends/rotating holidays

Join our team in a 81-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit. Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists and Psychiatric Providers. Our unit treats a variety of diagnoses such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mania, or exacerbations of mental illness. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
