Automotive Accounting Associate

Johnson Motor Sales in New Richmond is looking for a full-time Automotive Accounting Associate. The core hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Automotive Accounting Associate Responsibilities:

• Submit funding packets to various banks.
• Process all in and out of State vehicle registrations.
• Prepare incoming and outgoing titles.
• Process loan payoffs on trade-in vehicles.
• Submit local and state sales tax.
• Remit and reconcile ancillary products from vehicle sales
• Reconcile bank reserve statements and process cancellations. 
• Submit Extended Warranty claims for reimbursement.
• Answer multi-line phone system.   
• Backup front desk receptionist as needed including occasional closing shifts and Saturdays.
• Accounts Payable backup
• Great attention to detail  
• Work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.
• Ability to multitask.
• Perform various other office tasks as assigned.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other departments within the dealership as needed.

Requirements

Automotive Accounting Associate Qualifications:

• Previous accounting experience preferred.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere. 
• Ability to multitask
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.
• Detailed follow up.
• Maintain professional appearance and neat workspace.
• Ability to work independently.
