Maintenance Technician

Locations: Rivers At Bluegrass Apartments (Lexington, KY)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am– 5pm with on-call rotation (includes a $100 on-call bonus)
Pay: $22–$24/hr based on experience + commissions & incentives

What You’ll Do 

  • Keep our vibrant community running smoothly and looking its best
  • Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more
  • Turn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residents
  • Knock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer service
  • Maintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds care
  • Jump into action during on-call rotations to handle urgent needs

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of multi-family maintenance experience
  • Strong turnover and general repair abilities
  • HVAC experience a plus
  • Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
  • Friendly, service-focused attitude residents will appreciate
  • Able to work independently, stay organized, and move with urgency
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic tech
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and basic hand tools
