This is a performance-based sales role where income is directly tied to effort, consistency, and follow-up.

At Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram, we are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in automotive sales—not just a job.

You will be working in a high-traffic dealership with strong customer demand, structured training, and a proven sales process.

What You Will Receive

  • Uncapped commission structure 
    • 30% commission
    • $200 minimum per unit (up to $4,000+ depending on volume and pay structure) 
    • $500 per unit at 10+ sales (retroactive pay structure)
  • $55K–$90K+ realistic earning potential 
  • Paid training and structured coaching 
  • Consistent customer traffic and lead flow 
  • Bonus and performance-based incentives 
  • Career path into Finance or Management 

 What You Will Do

  • Actively manage internet, phone, and showroom customers 
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication 
  • Present vehicles and guide customers through the buying process 
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline 
  • Execute a structured sales process daily

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Professional appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
