Location: Sidney, OH
Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Built-In Overtime)
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate + 15% Shift Differential + Overtime

No prior press experience is required—we provide hands-on training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do
Operate punch, stamping, and forming presses (5–150 ton range)
Run progressive die stamping and metal forming processes
Load materials and monitor machine cycles for quality output
Assist with die setup, adjustments, and changeovers (training provided)
Inspect finished parts to meet aerospace-grade precision standards
Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot minor machine issues (misfeeds, defects)
Follow safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
What You Need
Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation (preferred)
OR recent graduate from a technical or trade program
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work extended shifts and overtime
