  Overview: 

This position will assist the policy team in a number of tasks. It will assist with the policy repository project to scope, build, and populate the governing policy repository tracking system. The position will also actively review notices and orders from the FCC and other contracting state agencies and work with the policy analyst on draft summary analyses of those orders. Assist with the onboarding of TXShare and building the knowledge base on 911 requirements. Additional duties may include planning and coordination of the fall advisory council meeting and data entry of past RSDR information in the Data Warehouse/BI Platform for the next stage of reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in developing a career in Human Resources.

Qualifications and Education: 

· Seeking degree in program management, public administration, public regulation, pre-law, finance or business analytics preferred.

Key Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

· Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to read, comprehend, and summarize highly detailed rules and regulations.

· Experience building data repositories and training AI models would be preferred
