Job Description

Allient Inc. currently has an internship opportunity with our Sales & Marketing team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin! This internship provides exposure to work directly with the Director of Business Development & Inside Sales to support sales and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on data management, system transitions, reporting, and cross-functional project support. Apply now! 

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and interpret data from the CRM
  • Clean and prepare customer data for transfer to the new ERP system
  • Coordinate with the external marketing firm to track updates and changes
  • Develop sales reports in the ERP system aligned with accounting results
  • Assist the Sales team with AI-related tools and questions
  • Analyze differences between Salesforce CRM and NetSuite CRM
  • Prepare ICT data for marketing communications
  • Transfer relevant information to the Product Manager and Strategic Account Manager
  • Support marketing initiatives as directed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, or marketing tools preferred
  • Knowledge of the electrical or transformer industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather information, identify issues, and support decision-making
  • Collaborative, personable, and able to work across departments
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
