As an HR summer intern, you will partner with HR leaders and HR Business Partners on real business initiatives, apply research and data to solve problems, and use digital tools such as Workday, Microsoft Copilot, Excel, and PowerPoint.

At the conclusion of the internship, you will prepare and deliver a brief capstone presentation to HR leadership summarizing projects completed, insights gained, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

· Support HR strategic projects from research through documentation and recommendations

· Analyze data, processes, and best practices to identify improvement opportunities

· Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams

· Develop professional, executive-ready materials (process maps, templates, summaries, &/or presentations)

· Leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency and insights

· Prepare and present a final end-of-summer presentation to HR leadership

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related field

· Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience supporting clients, customers, or internal stakeholders

· Demonstrated student leadership (e.g., student organizations, project teams)

· Interest in HR strategy, analytics, or organizational effectiveness
