Job Description
As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members. You’ll zip around by foot, bike, public transit or use a Zipcar to ensure our vehicles are ‘member-ready’ – this might mean changing a tire, filling the gas tank, cleaning, or helping to coordinate a tow or repair.

What We're Looking For:
Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks
Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided
Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)
Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
