Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate New Graduate Nurses to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role is designed for recent nursing graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge, develop their clinical skills, and make a positive impact in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in acute care settings, including medical-surgical units, emergency departments, and critical care areas.  
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical exams, vital signs, and health histories.  
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.  
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.  
- Monitor patients’ conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to clinical emergencies.  
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance strategies.  
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.  
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including orientation programs and workshops.  
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards in nursing practice.

Qualifications:
- Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN).  
- Current registered nursing (RN) license or eligibility to take the NCLEX-RN exam.  
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.  
- A commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth in nursing practice.

Pay Ranges: $40.00- $41.62 Per hour. Pay is based on education and experience.
