What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Assess learners using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, ABLLS-R, and SRS-2.
Supervise RBTs and trainees (5–10% of RBT hours).
Maintain a manageable caseload (6–8 clients) to ensure quality supervision.
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to RBTs.
Collaborate with parents, SLPs, and other professionals for coordinated care.
Attend bi-weekly team check-ins and monthly staff trainings.
Ensure timely completion of documentation and progress reports.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience preferred (will consider strong new BCBAs with clinical experience).
Knowledge of evidence-based ABA interventions, assessment tools, and data-driven decision making.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite at our Morris, IL clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
401(k) with 3% company match

At Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning our goal is to assist each child in reaching their full potential by implementing the evidenced-based principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis.
