Cleaning and Restoration Technician Job Summary  We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who wants more than just a job. We are seeking entry-level technicians who are ready to learn the Cleaning & Restoration industry while helping people make their homes and businesses cleaner, healthier, and safer. What you'll do:

• Assist with and perform carpet cleaning and floor care services
• Assist with and perform water damage mitigation, mold remediation, odor remediation, and other restoration services
• Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment and vehicles
• Perform routing maintenance and cleanliness checks on company vehicles and equipment
• Communicate professionally, humbly, and empathetically with customers on job sites
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Help deliver excellent customer experiences through strong service and communication

Cleaning and Restoration Technician Qualifications and Experience

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units for restoration jobs
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
  • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not required
• Opportunities to advance into:
