Job Description
- Assisting patients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Helping patients with mobility (transferring, ambulation).
- Serving meals and assisting with feeding the patients.
- Monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
- Providing comfort and emotional support.
- Answering call lights and responding to patient needs promptly.
- Documenting care provided and patient observations.
