We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented General Accounting personal to join our team. This role supports daily office operations, basic accounting functions, and DMV/title processing. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with numbers, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. 

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Assist with DMV/title work, including paperwork accuracy and timely submissions

• Maintain organized digital and physical records

• Support the office with general administrative tasks (phones, filing, data entry, scanning, etc.)

• Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and internal departments 

• Assist with month‑end tasks as needed

• Provide backup support to other office staff when required

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic understanding of accounting or office administration

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software

• Professional communication skills

• Dealership or automotive office experience preferred, but not required

• Willing to train the right candidate
