Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities

· The Cleaning Technician coordinates, controls, and performs tasks on restoration projects to successfully complete needs and exceed customer and client expectations. Tasks such as completing a detail cleaning of contents after a fire damage, a water damage, a storm damage or environmental damage, and also moving to our warehouse any contents in need of additional restoration process by setting up logistics in vaults.

Duties could be performed in home owner place or our warehouse facility, depending of projects going on.

·As a team member of Cloud Contents. The Cleaning Technician will demonstrate to clients, customers and community Cloud Contents is here to serve in a time of need.

· Manage contents by protecting and using equipment and materials properly

· Being a part of team that performs a verity of tasks that helps our customers to restore some normalcy to their lives as quickly as possible

· Communicate clear expectations to field technicians, coach and supervise work progress

· Manage the client and customer experience and satisfaction by having open communication

· Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure quality work for clients by team members

Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm (plus over time)

Qualifications

· Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus

· Valid Minnesota Driver’s License / Clean driver record, able to drive to different homes to provide service

· Available for emergency services

· Good communication skills

-Must be flexible with overtime when needed
