$18–$20/hr + Overtime + Travel Pay

This is a travel-based, physically demanding role. Crews travel weekly (Monday–Friday), often driving 4–6 hours and staying out of town for multiple nights.

What You’ll Do

• Pack, move, and transport homeowners’ belongings after fire, water, or mold damage
• Load/unload trucks and handle items safely (team lifting 40+ lbs)
• Work on-site at residential and commercial properties
• Travel regularly across Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri
• Work long days (10–12 hours during active jobs)

Pay & Perks

• $20–$22/hr base pay
• Overtime available most weeks
• +$2.50/hr for overnight travel jobs
• Hotel/Airbnb fully covered
• Daily meal budget + per diem
• Company vehicle and gas covered

Schedule & Travel

• Travel required Monday–Friday (out of town most weeks)
• Home on weekends in most cases
• On-call rotation: approximately 1 weekend per month for emergency jobs
• Occasional after-hours work during weekdays based on project needs

• Reliable and able to show up consistently
• Comfortable with weekly travel and overnight stays
• Able to handle physical work daily
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Able to communicate clearly with team and customers

No restoration experience required — we train the right people.
