Reliant Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Team Members to join our growing behavioral health team. We are looking for QMHPs, QMHPTs, and PRSs who are passionate about providing immediate, community-based crisis intervention services to individuals in need.

This is a fast-paced, highly impactful role supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in real time.

Compensation

• PRS: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
• QMHPT: $40.00 – $43.00 per hour
• QMHP: $43.00 – $50.00 per hour

Additional Pay Incentives:

Sign-On & Referral Bonuses

• $500 Sign-On Bonus for new hires

Position Summary

The Mobile Crisis Response Team Member provides immediate, on-site crisis intervention, stabilization, and support services to individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies. Services are delivered in the community and require strong clinical judgment, de-escalation skills, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to mobile crisis calls in the community
• Conduct crisis assessments and risk evaluations
• Provide de-escalation and stabilization services
• Develop and implement immediate safety plans
• Coordinate care with hospitals, law enforcement, and community providers
• Complete intake documentation and progress/service notes to ensure clients receive appropriate care and treatment
• Maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready documentation in compliance with DMAS/DBHDS standards
• Participate in team collaboration and case reviews

Minimum Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following:

• QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional)
• QMHPT (Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee)
• PRS (Peer Recovery Specialist)

• Required: Active Mobile Crisis Response Certification
• Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
