About the Role: Join the MB Roland Distillery team as a Tour Guide/Retail Employee, where you'll share our passion for craft spirits with visitors. This exciting role combines storytelling with customer engagement, making every tour an unforgettable experience. 
  Responsibilities: 

• Conduct engaging and informative distillery tours for guests of all ages.
• Provide exceptional customer service in our retail shop, assisting with product selection.
• Educate visitors about the distillation process and the history of MB Roland Distillery.
• Manage retail inventory and ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Promote our products and special events to enhance customer experience.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve visitor engagement.
• Other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:
 

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences during tours.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable with working outside.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
