Job Summary
The Resident Monitor will live on site and oversee the day-to-day actions of the recovery home residents and must have specific knowledge in mental health and substance use disorders to include opioids and medication-assisted treatment. The Resident Monitor will work closely with the Program Director and Care Manager(s) to communicate resident’s needs and inform them on resident recovery progress. The Resident Monitor will conduct room checks and ensure residents are provided with the necessary orientation to include program rules and responsibilities. They will also assist with the intake and admission process and encourage residents, including those with OUD, to attend recovery support/mutual aid groups which will assist them in gaining the tools needed to prevent occurrence of use.
Skills/Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of experience working with individuals with OUD/STUD required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
• Valid identification required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Complete NARCAN Certification upon hire.

Hourly Rate: $23.10/HR - $27/HR
