About the Role:

The Trainee position is designed as an entry level position to provide individuals with foundational knowledge and practical experience in their chosen field, preparing them for roles as managers or salespeople. This role focuses on developing core competencies through structured training programs, hands-on assignments, and mentorship from experienced team members. Trainees will engage in learning activities that enhance their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of workplace dynamics. The ultimate goal is to equip trainees with the confidence and expertise necessary to contribute effectively to organizational objectives. This position serves as a critical stepping stone for career growth and long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four year collect degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with common office software.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some prior internship or volunteer experience related to the industry.
• Education or coursework in business, construction or engineering.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to acquire essential job-related knowledge.
• Assist team members with daily tasks and projects to gain practical experience.
• Complete assigned learning modules and assessments within designated timelines and minimum success thresholds.
