About the Role
This is a people-first sales role—perfect for someone coming from hospitality, customer service, or retail.
You don’t need prior sales or generator experience. We’ll train you on the product and process. What matters most is your ability to:

What You’ll Do
- Call leads and set appointments with homeowners and business owners
- Follow up consistently and keep conversations moving
- Meet customers in-home or on-site for consultations
- Ask questions, understand their needs, and recommend the right solution
- Explain options in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Help customers feel confident in their decision
- Stay organized and manage your pipeline
- Background in hotel front desk, bartending, serving, retail, or customer service
- Friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to
- Comfortable on the phone and in face-to-face conversations
- Someone people naturally like and trust
- Motivated to learn and grow into a higher-earning role
- Reliable, organized, and coachable
- Base pay + commission (earn more as you grow)
