As our Recruiter, you won’t just “fill positions.” You’ll:

• Hunt for top automotive talent (technicians, sales pros, managers & more)

• Build strong pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals & creative sourcing

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs

• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process

• Represent Fremont Motors at schools, job fairs, and community events

• Help shape our employment brand and culture
